BenQ Unveils Two New Pro Designer Displays

BenQ will debut its newest Pro Designer displays at WPPI 2022— the 32-inch 4K PD3205U and the 34-inch, ultra-wide WQHD PD3420Q. The factory-calibrated displays boast broad Delta E≤ 3 color coverage and selectable viewing modes that reduce time and add quality to photographers’ workflows. In addition, the PD3205U recently received Pantone SkinTone Validation, so designers and photographers can have confidence in the monitor to accurately represent the world’s palette of skin tones.

“Wedding portraits eternalize a once-in-a-lifetime event,” says Jason Lee, LCD business manager for BenQ. “The company is dedicated to equipping photographers with all the tools they need to ensure excellence. Graphistudio’s Storybook is a lovely keepsake of images printed on deckled Amalfi paper made by hand by one of the last family paper mills located on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. The paper is made with cotton-rag in a natural-water based process in the hand-crafted traditions to produce the paper. “Graphistudio is one of the only professional printing labs in the world to provide accuracy and longevity on such a demanding yet beautiful paper,” says the company. The Storybook is available with Italian top grain leather covers and eco/animal –friendly options and pricing starts at $126. The final detail includes a leather tie, available with a leather cover, that can be rolled and laced “like the Renaissance Age artists used for their scrapbooks.”

The Graphistudio Amalfi Panel is matted with Amalfi handmade cotton paper and printed on HD fine art paper, then mounted on a fabric panel that is ready to be displayed on a wall. “The final result allows photographers to offer a museum quality gallery for their clients,” says Graphistudio. The product is available in eight different sizes, and three panel finishes from cotton and linen fabric to wood fiber. An optional certificate of authenticity can be printed on the back, with “Made in Italy” to increase the overall perceived value and authenticate the artwork. Larger pieces include an aluminum core to maintain the shape and ensure all panels lay flat.  Back panel is completely finished with linen fabric and integrated hangers.
