Marie Thibault says, “I am always trying to reach the perfect result for my pictures. I want them to be timeless so that they can be seen in 50 years without being old fashioned. So, no big correction for me. I do not want to intervene too much. I just want to access a certain aesthetic — bright but not over-exposed, fresh and punchy, but especially not saturated, contrasted, but not hard. It is okay to see that time has passed, but I want them to keep their style and strength.”
