Geoff Duncan

Geoff Duncan came into the wedding industry differently than most shooters, but the born and raised Texan’s past work and the industries that inspire him have helped hone his vision; with experience shooting live music (being a musician himself), he’s confident in unpredictable lighting conditions, he studies fashion magazines to expand his posing ideas, and much of his overall esthetic is actually inspired by the big screen—especially the muted color palettes and symmetrical compositions in Wes Anderson’s indie films. But Duncan relies on something within to connect with his clients, he says: “When shooting, I do my best to make my subjects feel comfortable so that they can relax and be themselves.”
