Daniela Villarreal

When asked how to describe her style, Daniela Villarreal responds: “The devil is in the details.” She says, “details remind me to appreciate the beauty in everyday things; they are so powerful in that they give us the opportunity to imagine the entire scene of anything.” One way she is able to sort out the best moments and details in her images is through her editing. “I separate the photos by moments—getting ready, ceremony, reception, etc.—which helps me see more of everything and see the different kind of light I had at different times of day. I always respect the light and color of a moment for a more genuine feeling of realness.”
