The wedding of Karolina and Kuba at industrial space Stara Kruszarnia in Złoty Stok, Poland, was nothing short of beautiful, says photographer Joanna Jaskólska.

“The couple decided to have their wedding held in an old industrial building used in the mining industry a long time ago,” says Jaskólska. “Today, after a renovation, it got new life breathed into it, and industrial enthusiasts admire its harsh-looking brick walls and wooden ceiling. I have to say, industrial weddings at Stara Kruszarnia are unique and breathtaking!”

Jaskólska says she also couldn’t get over the massive amount of feelings Karolina and Kuba had for each other. “It was like the movies; they were destined to be together. Even though Karolina once told Kuba she wouldn’t become a housewife and cook dinners, it didn’t scare him off! In fact, they are obsessed with each other!”

The photographer loved that Karolina and Kuba bought their ring box at a flea market and got it engraved with the date of their wedding. “The wedding rings were made from old jewelry from their grandparents,” she says. “The couple also designed the stationery themselves.”
