The printer offers front and rear paper feeds and can accommodate various paper sizes and thicknesses. Need 12 x 12-inch borderless photos? No problem, this little printer can handle that too.

Mitsubishi CP-D90DW Panorama Output

Mitsubishi has added panorama printing to its CP-D90DW printer, and all you have to do to take advantage of this new feature is to download and update the firmware and panoramic drivers. You’ll need a roll of 6 x 8-inch media to print panoramas that measure either 6 x 14 inches or 6 x 20 inches, as well as standard size prints (2 x 6 inches through 6 x 8 inches). It’s a quick, easy update.

DNP Hot Folder Print Utility

DNP recently introduced its Hot Folder Print (HFP) Utility for Mac OS v10.12 and higher operating systems. This intuitive, stand-alone print application supports several of DNP’s dye-sublimation printers: the DS620A, DS820A, DS40, DS80, DS-RX1HS and DS80DX models. The HFP Utility features time-saving functions such as auto-resizing for printing, queueing the setup by print size and archiving images. You can also edit, make color adjustments and add custom borders. Download the utility from DNP’s website.

Epson FastFoto FF-680W

Scanning prints and documents just got a whole lot easier—and much, much faster—with Epson’s new FastFoto FF-680W. The device scans as fast as one photo per second at 300 dpi to JPEG or TIFF. With a minimum scan size of 2 x 2 inches and a maximum of 8 x 10 inches, this scanner can handle pretty much anything—even panorama prints up to 8 x 35 inches. Bulk and two-sided scanning are available, as are editing and smart file-organization tools. Scans can easily be uploaded to cloud services as well.

HP DesignJet Z9+ Printer

Available in 24-inch and 44-inch widths, these new PostScript® printers feature nine inkjet cartridges: cyan, magenta, yellow, matte black, photo black, chromatic red, chromatic green, chromatic blue and gray. A gloss enhancer is optional. In addition to high-print speeds, both printers offer excellent paper handling with roll, top and rear feeds and an automatic horizontal cutter. The 44-inch model also is available in a dual roll model with a vertical trimmer.
