Lukas Korynta, a wedding photographer based in the Pacific Northwest area, considers himself fortunate to have booked these two. “This was one of those weddings you live for as as wedding photographer,” he says. “Beautiful mountain hut in central Europe, adventurous couple and epic backgrounds in every direction.”

And as a photographer comfortable with adventure, Korynta was totally down for whatever came his way. “When the bride begs you to do a hike to her favorite spot, even though there’s a 99 percent chance of storm coming, you know it’s a special day,” he says. “The rain met us 10 minutes after we started the hike. We were all soaked right away, but nobody cared. We kept going. It’s such a special memory. The cameras survived as well.”
