Bokeh Bliss [Rf Photo of the Day]

This wedding between David and Becca took place at The Hacienda in Santa Ana, California, a venue photographer Jason Burns describes as “a beautiful spot with two courtyards that at night is filled with hundreds of little lights wrapped around everything. It makes for a very romantic location.”

Before he left for the evening, Burns asked the couple if he could snap just a few more portraits to capture the beauty of the night lights. They said yes, and Burns got to work setting up his camera behind a cluster of lights through which he could photograph. “I asked the couple to cuddle up and had my second shooter hold an Ice Light to light them up,” he says. Then, “I took the image with my camera lens up as close as I could get to the lights to get that nice bokeh look.”
