The 2022 wedding season is shaping up to be one of the busiest we have ever seen. Which means, of course, that wedding photographers are in high demand and opportunity abounds for those whose business and marketing plans are dialed in to take advantage.

If you are looking to level up your business and creative skills during this critical period, our sister site The Wedding School is offering a Free Week of access to their library of video courses and downloads.

Longtime Rangefinder contributor and WPPI speaker Susan Stripling founded The Wedding School to offer the education she wished was available when she was building her career as a wedding photographer. She also wanted to create a platform and community where wedding photographers could get updated information about trends in the wedding industry, and talk with one another about challenges and successes. Susan developed a core curriculum and has invited several top wedding photographers to contribute their expertise.

Learning Library

The Learning Library features hundreds of hours of tutorials that delve into all aspects of wedding photography. A few of the most popular courses include:

Reception Lighting Using Multiple Off-Camera Flashes
Shooting Wedding Day Details
Photographing Destination Weddings
SEO Success Strategies
Social Media Marketing

Wedding Fundamentals

If you’re relatively new to the game, start with Wedding Fundamentals. This series of courses will give you the foundation for building a wedding photography business. The five pillars of the Fundamentals are Business and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Wedding Skills, Post-Production, and Photo Skills.

The Wedding School is also offering a 50% discount on membership this week only. For just $99 you can gain access to more than 160 courses and downloads, and connect with a community of peers in The Wedding School members-only Facebook group.
