Sebastian Bravo got his start in photography after his father taught him about light and composition on his Nikon film camera for several years. “After that, my father bought me my first basic camera just to know more about the universe of photography,” Bravo says. “Now I use the Nikon D810 and D850 as my base cameras.” Bravo also shoots with prime lenses—24mm, 35mm and 58mm, and an old 17-35mm for the reception. For flash, he likes to use the Profoto A1x.

No matter his equipment, though, the goal is always the same: “I work with my whole family, photographing weddings all around Mexico, developing good memories for all my couples.”

Bravo says he is ready to take Arte Visual MF, his family’s photo brand, to the next level. “Our dream has always been to meet and get to know awesome people and places while capturing unique weddings all over the globe.” In that vein, Bravo shoots everything he takes for Arte Visual MF in RAW with a black-and-white profile because, “I only want to think about moments and emotions and focus on the couple during the wedding day.”
